Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using getlinkdeck (getlinkdeck.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. getlinkdeck is currently operated by the operator of getlinkdeck as an independent software product. A formal business entity may be registered in the future as the product becomes financially viable. Questions can be sent to contact@getlinkdeck.com.

2. The service

getlinkdeck is a Creator Deck for creators. It lets you build a polished public page with your links, content, and main call-to-action, share it with your audience, and view simple analytics. We offer a free plan and a paid Creator plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use getlinkdeck.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use getlinkdeck to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user's account.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Your content

You own the content you post on getlinkdeck — your links, bio, and profile information. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to display that content on your public page and to store it as necessary to provide the service.

We do not sell your content to third parties. We do not use your content for advertising purposes.

6. Paid plans and billing

The Creator plan is a monthly subscription billed through Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record. All payment processing, tax collection, and receipts are handled by Paddle. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Creator features until then.

7. Free plan limitations

The free plan is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We reserve the right to change the features included in the free plan at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any reductions to the free plan.

8. Intellectual property

The getlinkdeck name, logo, and all platform design and code are owned by the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your own content remains yours, as described in Section 5.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

getlinkdeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of getlinkdeck shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
