Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be happy with getlinkdeck. If something is not right, we will do our best to make it right. This policy applies to the getlinkdeck Creator plan subscription, billed monthly through Paddle.

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with your Creator plan subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 daysof your payment date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at contact@getlinkdeck.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who act as the Merchant of Record for getlinkdeck. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after we approve your refund is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Once a refund is issued, your account will revert to the free plan immediately.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Creator features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of a payment and would like a refund for that payment, please email us as described above.

Exceptions

Refund requests made more than 14 days after a payment date are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will always consider requests made in good faith — for example, if the service was unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle. Email us and we will review your situation fairly.

Free plan

The free plan has no payment associated with it and is therefore not covered by this refund policy.
