getlinkdeck (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website and service at getlinkdeck.com. getlinkdeck is an independent software product — a Creator Deck for AI creators and visual artists.

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Account data — your email address and password (stored securely by Supabase Auth) when you sign up.
• Profile data — your display name, username, bio, and avatar URL as you provide them in the editor.
• Page content — links, social handles, content blocks, and theme preferences you create on your getlinkdeck page.
• Anonymous analytics — when someone visits your public page, we record the page viewed, which link was clicked (if any), and a referrer category (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Direct, or Other). We do not store visitor IP addresses or any personally identifiable information about your page visitors.
• Billing data — if you subscribe to the Creator plan, payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not store your card number or payment details. Paddle shares a customer ID and subscription status with us.

• To create and operate your account and public page.
• To show you analytics about your page performance.
• To process your subscription and manage your plan through Paddle.
• To send transactional emails (password reset, billing receipts) — no marketing emails without your consent.
• To detect and prevent abuse or security threats.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and encrypts data at rest and in transit. All connections use HTTPS/TLS.

getlinkdeck enforces row-level security so that only you can access your own account data through authenticated sessions. API routes verify your session on every request.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited), who act as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and receipts. When you subscribe, you agree to Paddle’s Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

getlinkdeck uses a session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

The session cookie is essential for the service to function. You can delete it by logging out or clearing your browser cookies, but doing so will sign you out.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — update or correct your data in the getlinkdeck editor at any time.
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your pages, links, and analytics data.
• Portability — request an export of your data by emailing us.
• Objection — object to any processing of your personal data that you believe is unlawful.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@getlinkdeck.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Our legal basis for processing your account data is contract performance — we need it to provide the service.
• Our legal basis for analytics is legitimate interest — helping you understand your page performance using anonymised data.
• You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA except to Supabase (AWS US) and Paddle (UK), both of which maintain appropriate data transfer safeguards.

If you are located in Taiwan, your personal data is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法). You have the right to inquire, review, copy, supplement, correct, cease processing, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data. We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and notify active users by email if the changes are significant.

Continuing to use getlinkdeck after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
